About

Welcome to Little Acorns @ St. Andrew's Primary Academy!

What sets us apart from the crowd?

We are a pre-school at the heart of St. Andrew's Primary Academy and supported by the Acorn MAT, a group of 6 primary academies and 4 pre-schools.

Our pre-school is led by a qualified Lead Early Years practitioner supported by a team of highly experienced and trained play leaders. We work very closely with our Reception Class teacher, forming a successful Foundation Stage teaching team. We are also supported by the Head of School and the Acorn MAT Early Years specialist.

This is unique to the local area and a strength of our provision.

Our aim is to give your child the best possible start and a seamless transition to primary education.

Our nursery welcomes all children and can cater for 2- 5 year olds. We have nappy changing facilities, but ask that parents supply both nappies and wipes.

We are open from 9am to 3.30pm each day and can offer breakfast provision when there is sufficient demand.

Morning session 9 – 12
Lunch Time 12 – 12.30
Afternoon session 12.30 – 3.30

Please come and have a look at our excellent facilities, we can guarantee you and your child a warm welcome!
